If you plan to refund your customers through your Shop Manager, your transaction and processing fees are automatically refunded to your Payment account. Most orders are refunded and processed within 72 hours.

Can I cancel a Sale?

Being an MS Market & Gifts seller, you get the opportunity to easily cancel a sale. If you are unable to fulfill an order, it is suggested that you notify the buyer and cancel with a full refund for their order. Once the order is canceled, MS Market & Gifts considers the order void in around 48 hours.
